helpful staff attentive waiters great breakfast small room uncomfortable television incorrect charge

i stayed at this hotel for a few days and the staff was very helpful. the restaurant offered a nice dinner service with attentive waiters. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

the room was quite small, and moving around the furniture was necessary to reach the window. the television placement made it uncomfortable to watch from the bed.

The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food. I appreciated the variety of options available each morning. There was also a 24/7 kiosk. It was very convenient for purchasing snacks and drinks at any time of day. The staff were also friendly.

My bathroom door didn't close properly, even when slamming it. The hotel room was very warm. I couldn't adjust the temperature even though the radiator was off. I could hear doors slamming shut above me for an hour or two one night. This shaking disturbed me.

delicious food helpful staff small room faulty door

the breakfast buffet was delicious. it offered a wide variety of food, and i found many options i enjoyed. the staff were nice and always ready to help with any requests i had. the bar area was cozy, and it was easy to relax there after a day of exploring.

The room was quite small, and i had very little space to move around. the bathroom door did not close properly. Slamming it did not work either.

the staff managed a busy day efficiently because cruise ships were arriving. i appreciated how helpful they were. the restaurant offered a nice dinner experience, and the wait staff was attentive. the breakfast buffet had above-average selections.

the fitness center access cost extra. it would have been better if it was included with the room.

warm room hdmi cable

free parking exists on the hotel..

I could not adjust the room temperature. A bad night resulted because the room was too warm. keeping the window open proved difficult, exacerbating the heat. netflix was not supported by the tv. Casting would have been convenient. staff could not provide an hdmi cable, which should be a basic service.
